NYLONS

NyShine are PVD Coated Nyguard Zippers. The PVD sputtering vacuum coating technology has been developed to replace the galvanic treatment totally eliminating the related harmful emissions. The PVD process is clean because it takes place in room temperature and without any water consumption and chemical emissions.

PVD COATING

All the nylon elements are completey PVD coated on any side of the surface before assembling them onto the tape.

The final effect is an extra light and smooth zipper enriched with an inimitable shiny finishing.
