The zipper is the part of our garments that we touch very often throughout the day and thus has high risk to be contaminated.

This is why we decided to develop an anti-viral and anti-bacterial zipper.

We have been working closely with HeiQ's research team in order to fine tune their market-leading antiviral and antibacterial technology HeiQ Viroblock.

 

Together we reinvented an application processes so that such efficacy can be added to the parts of the zippers we produce.

After a deep technical investigation, many trials and dozens of prototypes, the world's first self-sanitizing zipper, NYSHIELD, is born.

Every single element of a NYSHIELD zipper have been successfully tested in HeiQ laboratories and now we can confidently say that for the first time in history it is possible to realize garments and other textile products which are 100% "viroblocked"
